These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wefluens Launch Self-Checklist (the “Tool”), an in-browser pre-launch QA checklist provided by Wefluens (“Wefluens,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool. These Terms supplement the general Wefluens Terms at wefluens.com/terms-of-service.本服务条款（“条款”）规范你对 Wefluens 上线自查清单（“本工具”）的使用——一个由 Wefluens（“Wefluens”“我们”）提供、在浏览器内运行的网页上线前自查清单。访问或使用本工具即表示你同意本条款及我们的隐私政策。若你不同意，请勿使用本工具。本条款是 wefluens.com/terms-of-service 上 Wefluens 通用条款的补充。
2. The service2. 服务内容
The Tool is a single-file HTML checklist that helps the Wefluens team — and anyone we choose to share it with — review a web page before launch. It presents check items, lets you tick them off (saved locally in your browser), and can copy a ready-made “Prompt” to your clipboard for use with an AI assistant such as Claude Code. The Tool runs entirely in your browser, requires no account, and provides guidance only — it does not itself publish, scan, or modify any other website, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, or security review.本工具是一个单文件 HTML 清单，帮助 Wefluens 团队——以及我们选择分享给的任何人——在网页上线前进行检查。它展示检查项、供你逐项打勾（本地保存在你的浏览器中），并可将现成的「Prompt」复制到你的剪贴板，以便配合 Claude Code 等 AI 助手使用。本工具完全在你的浏览器中运行，无需账号，仅提供参考指引——它本身不会发布、扫描或修改任何其他网站，也不能替代专业、法律或安全审查。
3. Eligibility & authority3. 资格与授权
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Tool for legitimate business or professional purposes. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to accept these Terms for that organization.你须年满 18 周岁，并将本工具用于正当的商业或专业目的。若你代表某一组织使用本工具，即表示你有权这样做，并有权代表该组织接受本条款。
4. Acceptable use4. 可接受使用
You agree not to: use the Tool for any unlawful purpose; reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to disrupt or probe its operation in a way that harms others; remove or obscure the Wefluens name, logo, or these notices; redistribute the Tool as your own product; or rely on its output as definitive legal, security, or compliance advice. The checklist is a prompt to do the right checks, not a guarantee that your page is compliant or secure.你同意不得：将本工具用于任何违法目的；以损害他人的方式逆向工程、篡改或试图干扰、探测其运行；移除或遮盖 Wefluens 名称、标识或本声明；将本工具作为你自己的产品再分发；或将其输出当作确定性的法律、安全或合规意见。本清单是促使你做正确检查的提示，而非保证你的页面合规或安全。
5. Your content & local data5. 你的内容与本地数据
The Tool does not ask you to submit content to us. Your checklist progress and preferences are stored only in your own browser and are never transmitted to Wefluens (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for anything you do with the prompts you copy from the Tool, including how you use them in any AI assistant or on any page you maintain.本工具不会要求你向我们提交内容。你的清单进度与偏好仅存储在你自己的浏览器中，绝不会传输给 Wefluens（见隐私政策）。对于你使用从本工具复制的 Prompt 所做的任何事情——包括你如何在任何 AI 助手中或你维护的任何页面上使用它们——你须自行负责。
6. Intellectual property6. 知识产权
The Tool, including its design, text, checklist content, and underlying code, and the Wefluens name and logo, are owned by Wefluens or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right to copy, modify, or distribute the Tool except as needed to use it for its intended internal-QA purpose.本工具（包括其设计、文本、清单内容与底层代码）以及 Wefluens 名称与标识，归 Wefluens 或其许可方所有，受知识产权法保护。除按其预期的内部自查用途使用所需外，本条款不授予你复制、修改或分发本工具的任何权利。
7. Third-party services7. 第三方服务
The Tool loads the “Fraunces” web font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com); the font degrades gracefully if unavailable. The “Prompt” buttons are designed to be used with Claude Code or a similar AI assistant, which is operated by a third party under its own terms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.本工具从 Google Fonts（fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com）加载“Fraunces”网页字体；若不可用，字体会优雅降级。「Prompt」按钮设计用于配合 Claude Code 或类似的 AI 助手使用，后者由第三方依其自身条款运营。你对这些第三方服务的使用受其条款与政策约束，对于我们无法控制的服务，我们不承担责任。
8. Disclaimers8. 免责声明
The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that completing the checklist will make any page compliant, secure, bug-free, or fit for launch. All checklist items, including any legal- or compliance-related ones, are general prompts and not professional advice; obtain qualified legal, security, and compliance review where appropriate.本工具按“现状”和“现有”提供，不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。我们不保证本工具不中断、无错误或绝对安全，也不保证完成清单就能使任何页面合规、安全、无缺陷或适合上线。所有清单项（包括任何与法律或合规相关的项）均为一般性提示，并非专业意见；请在适当情形下获取合格的法律、安全与合规审查。
9. Limitation of liability9. 责任限制
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wefluens and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Tool or from reliance on its checklist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Tool will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用（或无法使用）本工具或因依赖其清单所致的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、收入或利润损失，Wefluens 及其关联方概不负责。我们就与本工具相关的任何索赔所负的全部责任，不超过一百美元（US$100）。

11. Termination11. 终止
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tool, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. You may stop using it at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
